CASSA is a new union with a new leadership, a clear vision and a willingness to offer a representation to all the Concordia University's invigilators.

CASSA is a local of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, representing over 45,000 members employees across Canadian universities.

It's been 3 years the invigilators have no voice with the Concordia administration since our previous union has been dissolve.

Without a union, the difference in our wages compared to the other university invigilators has gotten bigger. You can take a look at the numbers below.

​The gap could be as high as $11 per hour for a phd student.
